Freeze or delete your Slavic School account
Manage your account even if you cannot access the mobile app. We verify ownership using the email address connected to your account.
- Freeze account: access is disabled indefinitely until you explicitly unfreeze during a valid sign-in. Freezing does not pause billing, classes, or enrollments.
- Delete account: irreversible deletion starts immediately and all active sessions are signed out.
- Deletion removes or anonymizes private account data. Records required for school safety, accounting, disputes, or law may be retained for the applicable period.
