Using Slavic School

By creating an account or using Slavic School, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are a minor where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and authorize your use.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.

Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or shared in a way that bypasses school access rules.

Classes and learning services

Class schedules, teacher availability, learning materials, recordings, and features may change. Specific booking, cancellation, attendance, credit, or refund conditions shown at purchase or agreed with the school also apply.

Learning outcomes depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.

Payments

Where paid services are offered, prices, credits, billing terms, and any applicable taxes are shown before purchase or provided by the school. Payments may be processed by third-party providers under their terms.

Purchases made through an app store are also subject to that store's payment and refund rules.

Acceptable use

Follow our Community Guidelines. Do not harass others, share unlawful or harmful content, impersonate anyone, interfere with classes or systems, attempt unauthorized access, misuse recordings, or use the service to violate another person's rights.

Content and intellectual property

Slavic School and its licensors retain rights in the app, website, course materials, branding, and other service content. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them for your learning or authorized teaching.

You retain rights in content you submit. You allow us to host, process, display, and share it only as needed to operate the service, provide classes, enforce these terms, and meet legal obligations.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that every feature will always be available or error-free.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Account restriction, suspension, or deletion

You may request account deletion in the app or on our account deletion page. We may restrict or suspend an account that violates these terms, creates risk, remains unpaid, or must be limited for legal or security reasons.

Deletion follows a 30-day recovery period. Required safety, accounting, dispute, and legal records may be retained or anonymized as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The revised terms apply from the date posted, subject to any notice required by law.
